Lock Hospital. Report on change of appointments.
I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch of the 17th instant, reporting that on the recommendation of the Colonial Surgeon you had sanctioned the appointments of Mr F. L. Callado & as dispenser of the Lock Hospital from the 1st August on a salary of £100 per annum.
